We require 72 hours notice for all cancellation and rescheduling requests.

If you do not give 72 hours notice, you will be billed for the entire session fee.

We are in-network with specific Stanford Aetna Plans including the Stanford Student Health Plan (undergraduate and graduate students) with a $25 copay.

We also are trusted WellConnect Providers and accept Stanford Resident/Fellow Aetna POS II Plan with a $0 copay.

Currently, we are out-of-network with other insurance plans. We are able to provide a superbill for you to request reimbursement from your insurance company. We recommend you check with your insurance carrier regarding out-of-network benefits. Reimbursify (https://reimbursify.com/) can assist with seeking reimbursement from your insurance company.

We are a therapy-focused practice. While we do prescribe medications as part of individualized treatment plans, we do not schedule appointments for the sole purpose of prescribing medications.

This will depend on a number of considerations and will be an ongoing conversation. Therapy is a commitment, and to be effective requires regular sessions. We typically recommend meeting for weekly sessions but it is possible to meet more (e.g. twice weekly) or less frequently (twice per month).
